Regan's 6th Birthday party {Alice in Wonderland}

Saturday was Regan's birthday party and it was fun! At first she wanted a tea party then she decided that it need "more" so she asked if she could have an Alice in Wonderland birthday party. Well, if you know me... all you have to do is give me a theme and I will run with it! The only problem is that there aren't any decorations for Alice in Wonderland so I had to make them all. :)
I will start with the decorations.....
(The Mad Hatter's hat shop where the girls got to go shopping.)

(Alice's sweet shop)

(Then there was the Queen of Heart's area)

the rabbit hole that took them to Wonderland (the backyard)

Now on to the party......
Pa Pa was the best Mad Hatter ever!!!!

After a little shopping....

It was time for the tea party to begin.

Then it was cupcake decorating time. :)
Ok, just a little side note.... and a HUGE thank you to my sweet friend Erin that baked all of the cupcakes and brought them over!!!

After cupcakes were decorated, secrets were told, and then.....

the Mad Hatter led the girls in a game of musical chairs.... of course!!

After musical chairs...

That mean Queen of Hearts showed up wanting to know who painted her roses red.
After that Ol' Queen calmed down it was time for another game.....
What else would the Queen play but Croquet of course!!!

After that they played Limbo.

Regan didn't want a birthday cake she wanted a Lemon Tart.

Then there were presents and LOTS of playing and visiting with friends...

Alice, The white Rabbit, The Mad Hatter, and Queen of Hearts would like to thank everyone that came to celebrate this very special day with us!!!!

What a fantastic idea! I am so impressed with the rabbit hole. You definitely need a good space for a party like this. It was wonderful coming across this post. I got amazing ideas for my daughter’s birthday party which is next month and I am planning to book one of the finest venues in Chicago for the celebration.
