{Today}

I find myself being asked this question alot lately....

"How is Bubba doing??"

Well, the answer to that question depends on the day, the hour, shoot the  minute at times.

This past couple of weeks I have had a mantra ....

Just make it through TODAY.

"The BEST thing about the future is that it comes ONE day at a TIME." Abraham Lincoln

So, TODAY when I saw this......

I knew it was going to be a good DAY!!

I grabbed my cell phone and started taking pictures and sending them out to the fam.

"It is a GOOD day Baby!!"

I kept taking pictures and sending them out.....
WAHOOO it's a good DAY!!

I can't even tell you how excited this tired Mama was to see that great BIG smile!

He only slept in until 10:30 today....

He woke up with enegry....

He was able to sit up on his own....

He was HAPPY....

It was going to be a good day!!!

And then if that isn't good enough..........
Bubba was still feeling good when his BIG lil' sis got home from school.

She was so excited to see Bubba happy!

Then Bubba found Daddy's X box remote and turned it on.

He thought he was pretty funny.....

Yeah, so did we :)

Even Stanley loved having Bubba up and happy.

My heart SMILED a ton today.

I am not sure what tomorrow will be like

 BUT

I know that {TODAY} was awesome!!

So I told the hubs that I would only leave one more comment, then come to bed... then THIS post sprouted up when I was leaving my last comment :) So it's kind of the same comment, so it only counts as one... hee hee!

I am SO glad to see that smile! That just makes my heart happy!

Thank you Jesus!

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad Bubba had a good day. I can't imagine what this has been like on all of you, but I know that, for me, after a whole lot of bad days in a row, I appreciate the good day 10 times more!

It's great to live in the moment. Working with special needs children has really taught me to live in the present which is great because at the end of the day, isn't that what life is about? Hope you have lots more good days x x x

Wow! I think we all needed that grin to show up and ease our worries. Oh, what JOY seeing that grin brings to everyone! Here's hoping Bubba can string a bunch of good days of grinning together. For the rest of my life, if I'm ever asked who has the most precious smile I ever saw, the answer will never be other than Bubba. God gave Bubba a smile that touches a person's heartstrings!
