{Strength}

 Smiling does not necessarily mean you're happy...
sometimes it just means you're strong...
{today our little man needed
a little break, a little escape.}

Lately his nights have been hard {Ok, when are they not??}
and he needed a major dose of Disney Magic to help.

While we were at Disneyland we met some new friends.
I think Regan is in love....
{he even walked her out and held the door!}

Bubba took care of us all on the train. :)

I am always amazed by his smile and his strength :)

He does have the most engaging, amazing, cloud-chasing smile I've ever seen. I'm SO sorry to hear he's having such hard nights! I'll be keeping him, and all of you, in my prayers for better, more restful times. And I can see why Regan might be smitten! Charming! Sometimes Disney is the best medicine for everyone!

My son had seizures as well. He was on clonapin which is very effective. Might that help Bubba more than valium? Are they giving him pain meds? So sorry he is having bad nights.....

Fun times! I love Bubba's smile, I am always inspired by his never-ending smile. And I LOOOOOVE your dress Julie! Did you get it at Target? Because I think I saw it there. In the Converse brand? I tried it on but it didn't fit me. BOO to that. But YOU looked just lovely. :)

BIG TEXAS HUGS!

So happy for your day to play!

And that quote at the top - it gobsmacked me right between the eyes!

Because God has been teaching me about that smiling thing lately.

(I'm in a very stressful environment right now - and smiling has been disarming the bully's weapons... or at least confusing them really good!)

Love the pictures!
