and I miss them. :(
Ok, I wont lie the first day wasn't so bad.
I did something that I NEVER do.....
After dropping them off I went home and took a NAP!
WHAT!?!?!
I know CRAZY right!
{I even slept until 10:30}
Bubba's nights have been very hard and I have been
averaging around 3-5 hours of sleep a night.
It was NICE!! :)
Ok, so today I really did miss them.
We had so much fun together in their two weeks off.
I showed you all of the Holiday fun...
parties, Disneyland, and more parties
BUT
we also managed to fit in LOTS of fun the last week of break.
We started the week off at the Los Angeles Zoo.
(one of the few days it wasn't raining.)
We invited Nana and cousin Andrea to come with us.
Andrea MUST be where ever Regan is at all times.
We LOVED the new elephant exhibit.
Regan's favorite!!
Mommy's favorite!
Like I said ALWAYS by her side... wink!
Regan is good about it but every once and a while
wants a break from a 3 year old. wink!
It was so much fun!!!
We all had a blast
{well minus the growling making niece cry part... wink!}
We also passed time on the rainy days with crafts.
{thank you Ms. Mellissa}

Oh my gosh, I love the days when I drop off the kids at school and go back home to take a morning nap. It is the BEST!
julie - you should take a nap EVERYDAY!! good for you! i will have to say - by the end of the second week, my kids were so ready to be back in school... we really didn't miss each other a bit. hahaha.
How fun! And I mean the NAP!
I can't even remember the last time I had one, probably because it must have been a Nyquil-induced one! :)
The meerkats! I love 'em!
Yay for naps! My favorites at the zoo are always the hippos.
I ALWAYS hated when the kids went back to school. Now I hate when the grandkids go back to school! I never understood the mothers who couldn't wait for fall so their kids would go back to school. I always missed mine when they weren't underfoot.
