I think Regan and Isis are kindred spirits. That adorable outfit is just what Isis would pick, too. I just love that little Regan...almost as much as my own grandbabies.
Julie...Regan is absolutely beautiful and so sassy! I can't believe she is 5 years old already! I remember going to the hospital and holding her the day she was born!!!
